Shipping is via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers in order to get you the best price available. We do our best to list accurate shipping amounts on the site, but in the case that shipping will be more than our estimate, we'll contact you prior to shipping and give you the option of cancelling your order. We generally ship as quickly as possible. Many times, the same day as an order is placed.
All sales are final. The vast majority of items for purchase on AdventureTaco are custom products that are assembled to order. Custom products may not be returned.
If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item you've purchased from AdventureTaco and would like to return it, we will happily refund the original purchase price less shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee. Returns must be pre-arranged with an RMA prior to shipping them back, must be in new, unused condition, and must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this 14 day period, or of items that are not in new condition will not be accepted.
